Greater Cincinnati Homes is a family-owned real estate business based in Hamilton, Ohio. We own and self-manage 53+ rental properties across the city, and we buy houses for cash from homeowners who need to sell quickly.

We started because we saw a gap. Renters kept getting handed off between out-of-town landlords and management companies that never returned calls. Homeowners who needed to sell fast were getting lowball offers from national iBuyers who'd never seen the block. Neither group was getting straight answers from real people.
